Job description 职责描述:  1. guiding and counseling students towards further studies in college or universities  2. serving as a link between school, students and parents, as well as the curricular aspect towards further studies 3. supporting students through their social and emotional learning 4. developing schemes in an effort to promote the development of balanced learners  5. be effective in maintaining a holistic balance towards addressing student needs   6. facilitating sessions on career studies in the way that they relate to course selection, university choices and          prerequisites  Qualifications 应聘条件： 1. a bachelor degree or above with related qualification   2. rich working experience in university counseling  3. familiarity with the admission policies of the universities worldwide  4. familiarity with procedures in university counseling 5. competency in using English as the working language 6. presentation and verbal communication skills 7. oversea learning experience or working experience in international schools is preferable
