Responsibilities: 职能 The Chinese teacher needs to design and organize subject-related extensive learning activities to help arouse students’ interest and help them to improve. 中学语文教师需要设计与组织学科相关教学活动来帮助激发学生学习兴趣并帮助他们成长。 The Chinese teacher needs to have his/her feature in teaching and be able to participate in teaching research and provide extra opportunities for students and give support in subject contests 具有独到的教育理念，能够参与教学研究；或是能为学生提供额外的发展机会，参与各类学科竞赛 The Chinese teacher needs to track and assess regularly the student’s work by means of formative and summative assessments. 中学语文教师需要定期对学生的语文学习状况进行追踪和评估，包括形成性评估和总结性评估。 The Chinese teacher must well prepare for a series of educational events such as class teaching, personalized teaching, classroom decoration, activities, contests, outings, parent meeting  为课堂教学、个性化教学、教室布置、活动、竞赛、社会实践、家校联系等一系列教育事件做好充分的准备工作，做到有方案、有记录、有反思。 Requirement: 要求 1. Text Qualified teacher in the People’s Republic of China and a relevant international jurisdiction     具有中华人民共和国教师资格 2. 3-6YR PQE+ Experience     3-6年取得资格证明后的工作经验 3. Significant knowledge and experience of teaching Chinese domestically in China     具有在中国国内从教的知识和经验 4. Significant knowledge and experience of teaching both national and IB courses     具有教授中国教材和IB课程的知识和经验 5. Experience of working with Management teams     具有与管理团队合作的经验 6. Good communication skills     良好的沟通技能
