Required Qualifications: 1. Demonstrates excellence in teaching the subject area（s） and/or instructional levels targeted. 2. Teaching experiences in AP microeconomics, AP macroeconomics and AP human geography is preferred. 3. Evidence of ability to work cooperatively with administrators, teachers and management team. 4. Evidence of organizational ability and willingness to pursue tasks to successful completion. 5. Superior communication skills （oral and written） 6. Native-English speakers with at least a bachelor degree; master degree is preferred.  7. At lest two-year teaching experience is a must;
