Before Class: - familiarize with lesson plans and proactively seek clarifications when in doubt. - make sure all tools, materials, and handouts are ready before class. - prepare the classroom for class （including cleaning whiteboard, writing date and student names, and bringing all tools and materials）. - go over lesson plan and activities with the foreign teacher. - supervise and interact with students. - proactively help students with homework when needed. - actively encourage and maintain an all-English environment; discipline violations. - use positive reinforcement techniques （including giving a high five, offering praise, giving a hug or a pat on the back, clapping and cheering, telling another adult how proud you are of the child while the child is listening.） During Class: - take attendance, record dictation score and binder check score. - sign in the foreign teacher （foreign teacher sign-in sheet）. - collect/return homework assignments （check assignments for integrity）. - make sure the lesson plan is followed and objectives are met. - maintain classroom discipline. - use positive language to encourage students. - actively encourage and maintain an all-English environment; discipline violations. - take mental notes good and bad behavior; enter information into the system after class. - take photos and videos. - use positive reinforcement techniques （including giving a high five, offering praise, giving a hug or a pat on the back, clapping and cheering, telling another adult how proud you are of the child while the child is listening.） After Class: - make sure students tally up in-class points and tidy up the classroom before dismissal. - return all tools and
