岗位职责： 1、根据学生的实际情况，制定适宜的教学方案，并进行学习方法指导、学习习惯的培养； Responsible for teaching of the subject and constantly improve the teaching quality; 2、根据学校的教学安排，具体负责本学科本年级学生的教学工作，不断提高教学服务质量； Make suitable teaching plan, and the cultivation of the learning method , study habits; 根据学生的实际情况，制定适宜的教学方案，并进行学习方法指导、学习习惯的培养； *** good communication with students, parents; Make psychological  counseling for students; 与学生、家长保持良好的沟通，对学生进行教学引导和心理疏导工作； 4、Take part in teaching and researching activities,  finish the research task as may be assigned. 积极参加教研活动，配合和完成上级布置的教研任务。   任职资格： 1.本科学历或以上学历，体育或相关专业； Bachelor or graduate degree, PE or related majors 2.具有IB/A-level课程教学经验者优先；  A-level teaching experience is preferred; 3.热爱教育事业，乐于学习； love education and willing to learn; 4.具备良好的英语交流沟通能力； Good English communication skills required in English.
