岗位职责JobResponsibilities1根据学校音乐教育课程体系教授音乐类相关课程AccordingtotheschoolsMusiceducationcurriculumsystemteachtherelevantcoursesofthemusiccollection2负责指导学生作品集创作包括不限于创意思维训练设计能力及创作表现技法等Responsibleforguidingthecreationofstudentportfoliosincludingbutnotlimitedtocreativethinkingtrainingdesignabilityandcreativeexpressiontechniques3完善和制定学生的学习计划和课程方案积极辅助教学管理Improveandformulatestudentsstudyplansandcurriculumplansandactivelyassistteachingmanagement4有良好的团队协作精神优秀的沟通表达能力较强的逻辑思维能力Haveagoodteamworkspiritexcellentcommunicationskillsandstronglogicalthinkingskills5有能力独立指导学生完成专业方向的作品集并解决学生作品集制作过程中遇到的问题Abilitytoindependentlyguidestudentstocompleteprofessionalportfoliosandsolveproblemsencounteredintheproductionofstudentportfolios6充分了解国外音乐院校作品集准备制作申请流程Fullyunderstandthepreparationproductionandapplicationproceduresofforeignmusiccolleges7帮助学生整理完成相关音乐院校申请资料等Helpstudentsorganizeandcompleteapplicationmaterialsforrelevantmusiccolleges8定期组织开展学生背景提升活动学生作品布展外出观展活动各类相关比赛Regularlyorganizeandcarryoutstudentbackgroundpromotionactivitiesstudentworkexhibitionoutingsandexhibitionactivitiesvariousrelatedcompetitions任职要求Jobrequirements1国内外本科以上学历要求音乐相关专业Bachelordegreeoraboveathomeandabroadmajorsrelatedtomusicarerequired2有一定英语能力口语及书面能力好HaveacertaindegreeofEnglishabilitygoodoralandwrittenskills3有教学经验和教学研究工作经验者优先Thosewithteachingexperienceandteachingresearchworkexperiencearepreferred4善于观察条理性逻辑性清晰做事踏实有想法有创意善于沟通Goodatobservationorganizedclearlogicpracticalcreativegoodatcommunication5有责任感抗压性强Asenseofresponsibilityandstrongresistancetopressure6应聘请提供作品集或相关项目成品Candidatesareinvitedtoprovideportfoliosorfinishedproductsofrelatedprojects
